Lois felt like her bathroom was small, but unfortunately, there no where from which to steal space. To help it feel larger, there are two things we are doing: (1) removing the fur down in the shower;and (2) making the wall and doorway between the toilet and the tub into a half wall. Here is the before:

After removing the fur down in the shower: (notice also there is a little bit of wall that we can use to make the shower a tad longer and on the opposite side we will replace part of the wall with glass for a larger feel.)

After removing the wall and doorway between the tub and toilet area:

We have also installed Hardie backerboard and sealed it with Red Gard. Hardie will not mold or burn, great product!
